Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

PickleFlow Mindset is an online mental performance coaching program for pickleball players. It is operated by Moment Performance Inc., a Colorado company. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the PickleFlow platform, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. This policy applies to all visitors, registered members, and coaching clients who interact with pickleflowmindset.com or the PickleFlow member portal.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account and contact information. When you create an account or purchase a program, we collect your name, email address, and location (city and state).
• Pickleball background. During onboarding we collect your skill rating, years of experience, and how frequently you play.
• Program activity. As you work through the program, we store your worksheet answers, quiz responses and scores, and module completion status. This data is what makes your program history available to you over time.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe provides us with a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card for your records.
• Coach application responses. If you apply for the coach certification program, we collect your application responses, including your coaching background and goals.
• Usage and technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may log standard server request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this data only for security and operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and deliver the PickleFlow coaching program to you
• Send purchase confirmations, program access emails, and program-related communications via Resend
• Process payments through Stripe
• Track your progress and preserve your worksheet and quiz history within the portal
• Respond to support requests and questions sent to scott@pickleflowmindset.com
• Improve program content and the member experience over time

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any automated profiling that affects decisions about you.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles your data:

• Stripe handles all payment processing. Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Resend is our email delivery provider. We pass your name and email address to Resend to deliver transactional emails such as purchase confirmations and program updates.
• Neon is our database service, hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Your program data, worksheet answers, and account information are stored in a Neon Postgres database.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and program data for as long as your account is active. Worksheet answers and quiz scores are kept so your progress history remains available to you throughout the life of your access. If you would like your data deleted, email us at scott@pickleflowmindset.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

All users may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting scott@pickleflowmindset.com.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie named pf_session to keep you logged in to the member portal. This cookie is httpOnly and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or any analytics cookies.

8. Children

PickleFlow is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. Minors may participate in the program only with written guardian approval and with a parent or guardian as the account holder.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will send an email to active members at the email address on file. Your continued use of the PickleFlow platform after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
