By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or completing a purchase on the PickleFlow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Moment Performance Inc.
PickleFlow Mindset is an online mental performance coaching program designed for pickleball players who want to train the mental side of their game. The platform is operated by Moment Performance Inc., a Colorado company founded by Scott Weiss. Scott is certified by the Flow Research Collective and is also the founder of Moment Pickleball. PickleFlow offers self-serve and 1:1 coaching programs as well as a coach certification track for coaches who want to bring this methodology to their clients.
PickleFlow is a coaching and education program. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment of any kind. Participation in PickleFlow does not establish a therapist-client or physician-patient relationship. The program does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. PickleFlow is not equipped to provide crisis intervention.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or register for a PickleFlow program. Minors may participate only with the written approval of a parent or guardian, with the parent or guardian serving as the account holder and agreeing to these terms on the minor's behalf.

All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change for future purchases. Your existing purchase is honored at the price you paid.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.
Refund eligibility by program:
To request a refund, email scott@pickleflowmindset.com with your name, purchase email address, and the reason for your request.
All program content, including videos, worksheets, frameworks, written materials, the PickleFlow name, and the PickleFlow method, is owned by Moment Performance Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, or create derivative works based on PickleFlow program content without written permission from Moment Performance Inc.
Your personal worksheet answers, journal entries, and responses submitted within the program remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal reflections.
Certified PickleFlow coaches are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PickleFlow method with their own individual coaching clients. This license does not permit you to sub-license the method to other coaches, create your own certification program based on PickleFlow frameworks, or teach the curriculum in group formats for a fee without separate written agreement with Moment Performance Inc. The license is active while your annual certification is current and in good standing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moment Performance Inc. and its principals, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the PickleFlow program or platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or personal injury. In any case, the total liability of Moment Performance Inc. to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the program is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active members by email at the address on file. Your continued use of the PickleFlow platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
